The Fallen Hero license plates are available to anyone who donates $50.00 to the Colorado Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors Foundation Inc. The plates are offered on passenger cars, trucks that do not exceed 16,000 pounds empty weight, noncommercial or recreation vehicles, motor homes, and motorcycles.
